Who we are

Winsday is operated by Jackson Davis. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Always collected, with no personal information required to play: an anonymous device account — a device identifier we generate so your scores and standings work (no name or email is needed to create an account); your region — the country or region your device reports, used to confirm eligibility and apply the right prize and tax rules; and your play log — your plays, tickets, question answers, and wins, so the contest can be scored and winners paid. Optional: if you sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and email with us. We use these only to contact you about wins and required prize paperwork.

Why we collect it

To run the daily contest and score plays fairly. To determine winners and pay prizes. To detect and prevent cheating, bots, and abuse. To meet legal obligations, such as tax reporting.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data. We may keep anonymized win history — records that no longer identify you — because prize and tax records may need to be kept by law.

Deletion and your choices

You can delete your account in the app at any time (open the Wallet tab and tap Delete account in your Account section). This erases your personal data; anonymized win history may be retained as described above. You can also contact us at the address in the Contact section with questions or requests about your data.

Who we share with

Apple — if you use Sign in with Apple, Apple processes your sign-in. Payment and payout vendors — when you win, we share only what is needed to pay you with the vendor chosen at win time. Service providers — companies that help us operate the app, under confidentiality obligations. Law and legal process — when required by law or to protect the contest's integrity.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or anyone else. The contest is funded by ad plays, not by selling data.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Winsday is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version in the app. Material changes will be called out in the app before they take effect.
