Winsday is operated by Jackson Davis ("Sponsor", "Winsday", "we", "us").

Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and have created a Winsday account. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws where you live. Employees of the Sponsor, its contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

No purchase necessary

Winsday is free to download, free to enter, and free to play. A purchase will never improve your chances of winning.

Free entry without watching

No purchase or watching required: you may request one free entry per day per person at winsday-landing.pages.dev/free-entry. Watching plays is one way to earn additional tickets.

How a day works

Each round runs for 24 hours, from 00:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC. Tickets reset at midnight UTC, and only tickets earned within a round count toward that round's draw. Each day is a fresh round, and every player starts at zero. To play: download Winsday from the Apple App Store, create a free account — one account per person — and play the daily round. Watch sponsored ad plays through to completion, then answer a one-tap question about each ad.

Tickets

Finishing a sponsored ad play earns one ticket. Each play ends with a one-tap question about the ad. Daily play limits keep the drawing fair — the app shows the current limits.

Picking the winner

When a round ends (23:59 UTC), one ticket is drawn at random from every ticket earned in that round. The more tickets you earn, the better your chances — your odds are your tickets divided by all tickets in play. The draw is final and binding, and each round's ticket count is published with the result.

Prize

The prize for a round is 50% of that day's ad revenue for the round. The amount varies from day to day, has no fixed or minimum value, and may be small. The size of the prize depends on how many sponsored plays happened that day. Prizes are paid in US dollars.

Winner review and payout

Every winner is reviewed before payout — typically within 24–72 hours after the round ends, and longer when we need information from a winner or for larger prizes. If the review confirms the winner played fairly and followed these Rules, the prize is paid through a third-party payment vendor chosen at win time. We contact winners through the app or the contact information on file. A winner who does not respond within the time we ask may forfeit the prize, and it may be re-awarded to the next eligible player.

Cheating and disqualification

We may disqualify any player who cheats or attempts to cheat, including: using bots, scripts, or automation; creating multiple accounts; tampering with the app or our systems; exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches; or violating these Rules or the Terms of Service. Disqualified players forfeit their tickets and prizes; the draw may be re-run without their tickets, and the prize may be re-awarded. All disqualification decisions are made by the Sponsor and are final.

Taxes

All taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility. US winners may be required to provide tax information (such as a W-9) before payment, and will receive a tax form (such as a 1099) if their total winnings reach $600 or more in a calendar year.

Privacy

Any personal information we collect is handled as described in the Winsday Privacy Policy, available in the app and at winsday-landing.pages.dev/privacy.

Where the contest is void

The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including any jurisdiction where the contest has not been registered as required. If the contest is not legal where you live, you cannot enter or win.

Apple

Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this contest or any prize. Winsday prizes are provided solely by the Sponsor.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Rules from time to time. The version in effect when a round ends governs that round. Disputes are handled as described in the Terms of Service. Questions: davisj564@gmail.com.
